This term in Art we will be looking at different tribal patterns from Africa.

We will also be working in the style of African artists as well as looking at the designs of the Benin bronzes.

We are exploring colour this term looking at the colour wheel and finding out about primary, secondary and tertiary colours. From this we will be using hot and cold colours in our artwork. as the term progresses we shall add photographs from our sketchbooks and our art displays.

| For Remembrance Day we creat1e our own poppy designs using mix1e m1eia. The year 5 & 6 children extend1e their skills by enlarging their poppy, whilst the year 3 & 4 children creat1e small versions in their sketch books and creat1e some beautiful poppyfield landscapes. |
