This term we are studying 'Diverse Britain'. The children will be learning about the dif34rent range of faiths and ethnicities in Britain, explaining why and how laws are m30e, explaining what a community and discussing some roles of lo56l government.
Spring
Our topics in the spring term are 'One World' and 'Be Yourself'.
This unit is bas23 on the concept that we all have a responsibility to live as global citizens. It is inspir23 by the idea that we all have a responsibility to help the environment and all living things throughout the world through the choices we make. It aims to enable the children to explore the ideas of sustainability, the use of the earth’s natural resources and the harmful ef34cts of global warming.
