A message from our Head of School

I started in the role of Head of School in April 2026, having worked within the school Federation for the past 16 years, primarily based at Antrobus St Mark’s Primary School.

I began my career at the school as an NQT and, over the years, have taught across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. During this time, I completed a Master’s degree in Education alongside the NPQ Senior Leadership qualification.

I have a real passion for working within village schools, where I have been able to build strong relationships with the children and families within our community and truly become part of school life.

At Budworth, we wholeheartedly believe that every child is entitled to an excellent education where they are encouraged and inspired to be the very best they can be. We value all of God’s children and believe that each child has unique, God-given talents which should be nurtured and celebrated through our rich, diverse and creative curriculum.
